Here are my photos at Furlife Northwest’s When Furballs Strike 58 Saturday afternoon. Once again, I had a great time, but I had to cut my time a little short for another commitment back down in Portland later in the evening.

The furry bowling meetup meets quarterly at the Kenmore Lanes in Kenmore, Washington. In recent years, the meetup fills the house and all 50 lanes are reserved for the meetup.

Photographer’s Yoga

Furlandia 2026. (Shutter Wolf)

Typically, the person being photographed is the one doing the posing. Every now and then I will spot photographers doing some back-bending posture to snap a photo.

Take this person in the Amongst Us costume photographing the three fursuiters at Furlandia 2026. The costume does make the photographer appear to be bending backwards while poking the camera lens out the side.

As I captured this pose, I noticed the photographer in the background bending backwards while composing their shot!

And yes, I am guilty of doing the same backwards-bending posture.
