Back from Get Out The Float 2026

I’m back from Get Out The Float 2026. I had a good time, despite the long days on my foot paws, walking around, taking photos, and finding a moment to take a break while working as the photography supervisor. Plenty of good things happened while photographing the convention. A few things that we’ll have to iron out for GOTF 2027 photography.

I specialize in still photography and don’t often work with video. I’m clueless when it comes to videos. This is like one trying to run a newspaper or magazine to also run a television station.

How am I feeling? I’m beat, very much like Finneus flopped across the three chairs back stage in the photo above.

I was lucky to work with a great photography and videography team at the convention. I want to say thank you to those guys and I really appreciate the hard work they have done and for their time. Thank you, Get Out The Float staff and volunteers.
