Bear baristas:
Do you have a moment? Let’s talk about the coffee lid placements on the cup. I’m not sure if there is a reason behind the need to place the lid mouth opening right on the cup fold seam. That mouth hole seam needs to be on the opposite side of the seam. Why?
When the mouth hole is right on the fold seam, which is an uneven surface, the pressure from the coffee while tilting back to drink, tends to leak through that tiny gap. The coffee then escapes, dripping right onto my shirt. Spots look great on a cheetah, but not on my shirt.
I’m not sure if the reason behind this is that the logo on the cup, which is opposite of the seam, is facing front for the world, my windshield, or the wall to see. Having no leaks beats logo placement.
Cheers.
