Ash Coyote’s latest “Beyond the Fandom” episode released on Saturday looks into the inflatable subcommunity of the furry fandom. The 36-minute documentary episode highlights inflatable toy collectors, the toys itself, and event organizers.
I thought the commentary and stories inside the episode, whether it was about the highlights or flaws, represented the inflatable toys community respectfully. It does present a respectful view about the inflatable community. Then there are moments when I watched the episode with a wet eye.
Parts of this episode was filmed at Get Out the Float 2022 in Seaside, Ore., back in October 2022.
Whether inflatable toys are your thing or not, I recommend giving this episode a watch.
